Client Services, Account Manager
Job Description:

The Client Services, Account Manager is a highly visible and rewarding role within a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup at the intersection of the online video advertising and media industries.  The Client Services, Account Manager has responsibility for managing Tremor’s Advertiser and Agency relationships, reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities to optimize campaign value and upsell clients on additional media spend. The Client Services, Account Manager works closely with sales representatives as deals close and then works with Tremor’s Traffic and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are launched/delivered effectively and efficiently, and campaign performance is properly communicated to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting assigned sales representative to close deals and ensure a smooth transition from sale to campaign execution.
  • Collecting/organizing assets received from the client – acting as liaison between the client and our internal traffic and creative/production departments.
  • Ensuring all Tremor internal teams involved in campaign execution are informed as to client expectations, special requests and timelines.
  • Work with clients to discuss and analyze reports and delivery results, and address any concerns with client regarding performance, etc.
  • Working in tandem with sales representatives on building client relationships,  which would include:  
    •  Going out on sales calls.
    •  Working on RFP’s with the rep - being involved or at least kept abreast of client expectations and deliverables. 
    • Garnering a true understanding of the client’s needs/goals.
    • Being in regular contact with client to ensure their needs are met, answer questions they may have, etc.
    • Identifying and working with sales to close upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of online ad industry
  • Basic knowledge of ad serving technologies and ad ops processes
  • 1+ yrs Account Management/Client Services experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
