Tremor Media is the leading online video advertising network providing advertisers with both in-banner and in-stream video advertising opportunities.  The Director of Client Services will play a key role in the execution of in-stream and rich media advertising campaigns, focusing on efficient campaign activation, insightful campaign reporting and customer satisfaction.

• Manage team of Client Service specialists
• Define clear and measurable goals that promote individual development and that are aligned with organizational objectives
• Develop the team to support continued organizational expansion and growth
• Identify and implement alternative methods of solving operational and customer issues
• Provide regular campaign reports for Management team
• Ensure consistent and successful campaign execution, working closely and coordinating with Sales, Ad Operations, Creative Team and Network Development
• Develop best practices for customer service and campaign reporting
• Help identify and drive up-sell opportunities and renewal/repeat business

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in Internet Marketing and Client Services
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in dynamic, growth organizations with supervisory responsibilities
• Proven experience leading service teams
• Successful track record servicing ad agencies / advertisers
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Effective problem solving, analysis, and resolution skills
• Exceptional interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Power Point and Word
• Strong client management and project management skills
• Deep understanding of data analysis and how to turn data into insights
• Familiarity with 3rd Party AdServing Technologies & Campaign Management Tools
