The candidate will understand flash inside/out and be a good overall developer. He or she will be in charge of designing and developing reusable flash components (including video) for a growing multi-media Internet marketing network.

• 5+ years Flash Experience.
• Proven experience in designing API's for and writing re-usable flash components
• Advanced Action Scripting
• Extensive experience with integration with back-end servers
• Experience with flash video compression and streaming
• Knowledge of javascript
• Good understanding of OO technology
• Proven analytical / problem solving ability
• Understanding of systems development lifecycle process

• FlashCom Server experience
• Additional skills include PHP or similar, mash-up integration, XML, metrics reporting and tracking development experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of Javascript
• Experience RHES v3/4 and CentOS v3/4

• Able to work and contribute to a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Required to be flexible, detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and work independently

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
